By using Stellar ("App", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

Stellar is an AI-powered personal companion application that provides features including chat, diary, notes, password vault, and health tracking. The AI conversations are generated by large language models and should be used with discretion.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

3. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create, submit, or upload to the App. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, host, and transmit this content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

Stellar has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. When interacting with other users, you must comply with the following rules:

• Reporting: You can report objectionable content or abusive users directly within the App. We will review all reports within 24 hours.
• Blocking: You can block any user. Blocked users will no longer be able to contact you or view your public content.
• Enforcement: We reserve the right to immediately remove objectionable content and suspend or permanently ban users who violate this policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our AI systems.
• Engage in any illegal or unauthorized activities.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

6. Premium Subscriptions

Stellar offers optional premium subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your device's account settings.

7. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

The App and its AI-generated content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The AI may produce inaccurate or inappropriate responses. The App is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties.
