1. Description of Service

Stellar is an AI-powered personal companion application that providing various features including chat, diary, notes, calorie tracking, and more. Our service uses Google Gemini (LLM) to provide conversational interactions.

2. Eligibility and Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. You agree to provide accurate information when registering via Google Sign-In and to maintain the security of your account.

3. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create within the app (notes, diary entries, etc.). However, you grant us a license to process this content to provide and improve our services (e.g., interaction with the AI Assistant).

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes, to harass others, or to attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the service.

5. Premium Subscriptions

Certain features are only available through a paid subscription. All payments are processed via Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. Limitation of Liability

Stellar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. AI-generated responses should not be taken as professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
